Today I passed my driving test!
I am so happy, now all I need is a car.
I fell totally different from the shy little boy who totaled a car on his first driving lesson ever. I am quite lucky, most of my friends are on their second or third term of driving school and they still have not passed.

Short stories and German mags
I just sent a short story to be published in a German goth mag, it features demons and Necromancers.
Hopefully they will like it.
I just got off the phone with a local tv station, they want to interview me sometime next week, so I am getting a haircut.

Mother's Day
Yesterday was Mother's Day, the day which all sons and daughters go and buy their mother's either a Josh Groban album or the latest Danielle Steel.
I showed my mother how much I love her by buying tickets to go see Oprah live. The tickets however, a set for the next Oprah big give show, so some waiting and patience is required.
My siblings and I took mom to dinner, which was all meat dishes except for me, I had a meal of tofu.
This is going to sound corny but, Love you mom.
PS: As I have said before, my mother is NOT Grey DeLisle.

I'm on street view!
I was informed by a friend that I was on street view.
She said that the unflattering picture was of me staring up from a book and into the camera lens.
I saw the damned photo, and even though my face is blurred I can still visibly recognise my image. Strangely however, they didn't blurr the cover of the book I was reading, copyright issues maybe?
I am contemplating contacting Goggle to have the ghastly photo taken off, but not for worry of legal issues, just simple vanity.

Dream girl? Hah!

I was at a cafe today and I couldn't help but overhear a bunch of boys talking about their dream video game girls.
Some liked Chun Lie, others liked Kasumi or evil Ayane.
I for one think that they are really nothing but a bunch of fantasists for talking about that.
Although... I wouldn't mind meeting Paine.
Does it really matter that she was based on every one's favorites bad-ass Sqaull Leonhart?

Oprah!
My mother is so happy, I got her tickets to see the big O live for mother's day.
What is a son for?
What is a son for?
Chrestomanci
I just finished reading Charmed life, Diana Wynne Jones, and I loved it!
I can not wait to read Pinhoe Egg.
In other news...
I heard that Bristol Palin broke up with what's his name. I was heartbroken, we thought it would last.
What got at me was the fact that she called his family "White Trash" and her mother is the queen of white trash.

Sorry Coraline
I was at the cinema, or whatever you Americans call it. I saw at the cinema that the wonderful film Coraline, which was based on a Neil Gaiman book, had been overtaken by the Jonas Brothers.
I loved the book, and shared the same happiness when I saw the film. But the Jonas Brothers! Are you kidding me?
But I have the unfortunate ability to sense when something will happen twice, the Jason films for example. So I am probably right to say that the Hannah Monatanna film is going to be ten times as big a the Jo Bros and Highschool Musical combined, god help us all.
I loathe all of those Disney stars.
PS: I'm not even going to dignify this post with a tag
